We’re a referral service, not a restoration business
Gold Coast Water Damage (goldcoastwaterdamage.com) is a referral service run by Vertial Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 72 629 494 926). We don’t do water damage restoration, drying or mould work, and we don’t employ technicians. We’re not an insurer, and we’re not connected with the City of Gold Coast or any council water service.
When you call us or send the form, we take down your enquiry. If you agree, we pass it to one independent restoration business that works in your area. That business contacts you, quotes, and does the work. Your contract for the work is with that business.
How we’re paid
Restoration businesses pay us for the enquiries we send them. That can be a fee for each enquiry, or a monthly fee to receive the enquiries for an area. You don’t pay us anything, and the business’s price to you is its own.
Because we’re paid by the businesses we refer to, we have a commercial relationship with them. We don’t receive any payment that depends on what you decide to buy.
Our phone line
Calls to our number are answered by a virtual assistant, not a person, and calls are recorded. The assistant tells you this at the start of the call. It takes your details and asks whether you agree to us passing them to a local restoration business. It doesn’t give prices or arrival times.
The information on this site
The information on this site is general. Where we state a rule or a fact, we link to the source. We don’t publish prices. A restoration business should assess your situation, and your insurer decides what your policy covers.
If a site is operated for a specific business
If this site ever sends all enquiries to one named business, we’ll show that business’s name on every page, and its licence number for any licensed work.
